If you have a website, you'd certainly want a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. This will position you as a thought leader about your business. You can answer simple questions about inventory availability, shipping, curbside pick up, etc.
As an expert in your field, you are in the unique position of being able to answer a wide variety of questions that relate to the interests and needs of your customers. Depending on your small business, you likely field many of the same questions from different customers on a daily basis. Having an FAQ page on your website will help with this.
Your FAQ page needs to be tailored to the specific needs of your customers. In addition to having focused content, you should have links from your FAQ page to your product pages and online shop. More advanced tactics for a FAQ page is to compare your products and services to those of your competition.
